Backups & Redundancy

Your records are your legacy. We implement a rigorous 3-2-1 backup strategy:

• 3 Copies: Primary data, local snapshot, and off-site backup.
• 2 Media Types: High-performance SSD storage and secure object storage.
• 1 Off-site Location: Encrypted backups stored in a geographically distinct US region.

Data Integrity & Fixity

Aligned with OAIS and NDSA levels of digital preservation, we perform automated fixity checks (MD5/SHA-256) on your archival files to detect and prevent bit-rot over time.

Accessibility (Section 508 / WCAG)

Encryption & Monitoring

All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 and at rest using AES-256. Our systems are monitored 24/7 for unauthorized access attempts, with automated intrusion detection and prevention (IDP) systems in place.
